The consortium of foreign companies which bought the V& Waterfront in September has unveiled its plans to invest more than R7-billion in developing the property into the "Riviera of South Africa".
The Dubai World and London & Regional Properties consortium has announced plans to invest more than US$ 1 billion in the V&A Waterfront over the next four years, following its successful purchase of the development last month.
DUBAI ? The consortium behind the winning $1 billion bid for the Victoria & Alfred (V&A) development in Cape Town, of which Dubai's Istithmar is a lead investor, yesterday announced that it would be investing a further $1 billion over the next four years to develop the project.
THE London & Dubai Property Consortium, which acquired the Victoria & Alfred (V&A) Waterfront in a landmark property transaction worth more than R7bn last month, plans to invest $1bn-$2bn in developing the site over the next few years.
